To order at Little Red Elephant we offer the following options:

• Online Store – orders can be made simply by selecting the item(s) you wish to purchase, and clicking on the red 'add to cart' button located at the bottom of each image.  Once you have finalised your purchases you can proceed to the checkout.  Orders can be placed by credit card using our secure server SecurePay, or direct bank deposit.  An acknowledgement email will be sent to you once the transaction has been completed.
• Email – Orders can be made by emailing us at info@littleredelephant.com.au.
• Phone – Orders can be made over the phone by contacting us on 0413 586 612.

Please note items will only be dispatched once payment has been received.

We make every effort to advertise stock as accurately as possible, however, in the event the item is temporarily unavailable we will contact you to advise when we can expect it.  You may decide you want to alter your order or cancel it.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Little Red Elephant offers a flat rate shipping of $5.95 Australia Wide for items $30.00 and under.
For anything over $30.00 we offer a flat rate shipping of $9.95*. 
 
*However, this excludes the Runna Balance Bike, Kitchen with Asseccories, Work bench, 3 Level Sustainable House and Discovery Spaceship and Lift Off Rocket.  A bulky/heavy surcharge will apply to these items. This will be automatically calculated according to Australia Post rates and the delivery location.

Deliveries are made within 3-7 business days once payment has been received. All orders are sent through Australia Post.  We may however, use a courier company if required.

Your order is important to us, if you require your order to be sent urgently, we can arrange for this to be sent to you by express post.  We will notify you of the Australia Post Express Post Rates.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer an exchange or refund provided that the item is returned in the original packaging and with all pieces intact, in its original condition as it was sent.

All returns are to be made within 14days of purchase.

In the event that the item is faulty or damaged please notify us immediately on 0413 586 612 or email info@littleredelephant.com.au. We will organise a replacement or provide a refund upon assessment by Little Red Elephant and the manufacturer.

Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
